About Us

King Salman Science Oasis (KS-ScienceOasis) is an edutainment facility co-founded by Riyadh Philanthropic Society for Sciences and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST). Our mission is to communicate basic sciences to the community, motivate creativity and entrepreneurship in science application. KS-ScienceOasis offers, for that purpose, different edutainment activities such as tours of galleries (Energy, Life, Space, Water, Technology, and Earth), traveling science exhibitions, science talks and lectures, in-person and online science workshops, and science festivals. Our facility on King Abdullah Road in Riyadh, offers a learning and entertainment experience for visitors. It contains a number of themed coffee shops, a gift shop, open space for events, and a car parking lot. Accessibility to our iconic building is easy and convenient. Visitors can use Riyadh Metro from different parts of the city to King Salman Oasis Metro station, they can also use the bus, or their own cars to reach the Science Oasis.

Being the first science center in Saudi Arabia, the Oasis has been visited by hundreds of thousands over the years.
